SyncBack runs slowly when using anti-virus software

If you are finding that SyncBack is running very slowly then one thing to check is your anti-virus software. Users have reported that Malwarebytes can have an impact on the performance of SyncBack, for example. To resolve this you may need to add the SyncBack installation folder to the anti-virus exclusions list and/or add the SyncBack process itself to the anti-virus exclusions. Check with your anti-virus documentation (or their technical support) on how to do this.
