Windows Event Log still has an entry for SyncBackSE even after uninstalling

After uninstalling SyncBackSE V5.6 or older, there may still be an entry in the Windows Event Log for SyncBackSE. To delete this:

Click Start > Run (or use Windows-key+R, if not listed/available)
In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK. Agree to any UAC prompt.
Locate and delete the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog\SyncBackSE

Exit Regedit
