You may receive this error when using Microsoft Azure blob storage with SyncBackPro V7 or earlier. SyncBackPro V8 and newer supports blob storage accounts that use the newer Resource manager deployment model.

If you are using SyncBackPro V7, then when creating a blob storage account then you must choose Classic as the Deployment model:
