You can retrieve your serial numbers via your Customer Account Portal:

Visit the above URL and enter your email address to have a unique time-limited URL sent to your email address. Click on the link in the email to access your account. No username or password is required.

Alternatively, for retrieving serial numbers of purchases made before July 2016, you can use our Lost Serial Number web page.
