You may send attachments with your support ticket which help in the diagnosis of the issue you are reporting. For example, you may wish to attach a log file, screenshot, etc.
Click "Attach a File" in the support window and a "Browse" button will appear. Navigate then choose the file you wish to send.
Maximum Attachment File Size
Attachments are limited to 30MB or less.
Uploading Files over 30MB in Size
If you need to send us files that are over 30MB in size, we can provide special instructions how to do so. There are issues surrounding browser uploads which make the procedures above less reliable for very large files. Please ask for such instructions if so, and do not attempt to upload files >30MB.
