The error Cannot copy file (1314) occurs when the Backup read/write file copying file copy method is being used with the profile. It happens when you do not have the necessary Windows privileges to copy the file. The solution is to get the necessary privileges for the user via the Local Security Policy in the Control Panel (Backup files and directories and Restore files and directories) or use a different file copy method in the profile. There have also been reports that this error may occur if the filename includes non-standard characters, e.g. registered trademark symbol, and the destination for the file is a file system that is not real NTFS, e.g. a NAS device.
