GetFolder 2BrightSparks\SyncBack\username exception: The request is not supported


This error is caused by a configuration problem with Windows Vista and newer. It can be fixed by downloading the following file:

https://www.2brightsparks.com/assets/software/schedule.reg


Once downloaded, double-click on the file to have Windows modify settings in the registry. Reboot your computer after the changes have been made.
