Copying files over the network causes the profile to freeze when copying the files

Some anti-virus software, e.g. PC-cillin, can (in some rare cases) stop files being copied over the network to another computer. Scanning of the network files for differences may not fail, but when SyncBack tries to copy the file it may freeze on the file copy and no progress will be made. If switching off (or temporarily disabling) the anti-virus software resolves the issue then contact the anti-virus technical support for an update of the software or advise on how to resolve the issue.
