Shortcut (LNK) files are missing from FTP server when using Serv-U

When running a profile, and SyncBack always wants to upload your shortcut files (even if they haven't changed), then perform one of the following to fix the problem:

• If you are doing a backup, and are using SyncBackSE or SyncBackPro, you can change your profile to a Fast Backup profile.
• If you are using SyncBackFree, or cannot use the Fast Backup option, then untick the option Interpret Windows shortcuts as links option in Serv-U (it can be found on the General tab in Settings)
