If you receive this error when running a profile scheduled, but can run it manually without the error, then you may need to modify your schedule so that your Windows login password is used:
- Select your profile in the main SyncBack window
- Click the Schedule button (or select Task->Schedule from the main menu)
- Click the Edit Schedule button
- Untick the option "Do not store password" (at the bottom of the Schedule window)
- Click OK to save the changes. You may be prompted for your Windows login password, and if so, please enter it.
