You may receive this error when SyncBack attempts to scan a local directory which is stored on OneDrive, or OneDrive for Business, the profile is being run via a schedule and the files are being copied from a shadow volume. To resolve this either do not copy from the shadow volume or do not run via a schedule, i.e. run when logged on. This error is due to a limitation of OneDrive.
