If you have downloaded and tried to install SyncBackTouch on macOS Catalina 10.15 and received the error "SyncBackTouch.pkg can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software" then please try the solution below:
On your Mac, go to System Preferences and open Security & Privacy. In there you should see the warning about the SyncBackTouch.pkg package similar to the image below. Click the lock icon at the bottom left to allow making changes and then just click "Open Anyway". Once done, you should be able to proceed with the installation.
