If you have configured your Azure domain to enable and use private endpoints and you want to access your Azure Blob Storage in SyncBackPro via a private endpoint then you just need to edit/modify your existing Azure profile in SyncBackPro and set the Service URL to the value of your private endpoint instead of using the default value. All the rest of the profile settings can remain as they are.
