This error is cause by Microsoft OneDrive. To resolve it you must repair the drive that your OneDrive files are stored on, which is usually the C: drive (check to make sure). Start a command prompt (as an Administrator) and run the following command:

chkdsk c: /r /f

You may need to reboot.
