To update your Upgrade Assurance status in SyncBackPro/SE, please click on the Click here to retrieve/refresh your Upgrade Assurance details link in the About page within SyncBackPro/SE.
If the problem persists:
1. Click on the Serial Number tab at the top of the SyncBackPro/SE main window, select Change Serial Number and enter your SyncBackPro/SE serial number.
2. When prompted Would you like to download your Upgrade Assurance Details from 2BrightSparks?, click the Yes button and see if the UA details are updated. Networking issues may stop/block it from being updated.
3. If it is not updating, repeat step 1. When prompted Would you like to download your Upgrade Assurance Details from 2BrightSparks? click the No button.
4. A window will appear with the message Do you have an offline upgrade assurance serial number? Click the Yes button.
5. Enter your offline Upgrade Assurance serial number and click the OK button. If you do not know your offline Upgrade Assurance serial number, visit https://www.2brightsparks.com/store/upgradestore.php and enter your SyncBackPro/SE serial number. The result page will show you the offline Upgrade Assurance serial number.
