You can enable "dark mode" in the SyncBack user interface by changing the style:

Click the burger menu at the top-left of the main window in SyncBack (the burger menu is the three vertical lines). A pop-up menu will appear.
Change the Style to Windows10 Dark or Windows11 Modern Dark.
