The error message "The path cannot be traversed because it contains an untrusted mount point" can appear when SyncBack attempts to scan a folder located in a secured, encrypted, or system-managed storage location, such as OneDrive Personal Vault or a Cryptomator encrypted Vault. For more details, refer to the SyncBack help page.
To fix the issue:
1. Run SyncBackPro or SyncBackSE (elevated) version.
2. Go to the burger menu > Global Settings > Security page.
3. Uncheck the option "Enable the Process Redirection Trust Policy".
4. Exit and restart SyncBack.
5. Run the profile.
