Egnyte allows for FTP/SFTP file transfers besides using their native API. Details on their FTP/SFTP service and how to enable it can be found in the following two pages:

When configuring your SyncBack profile for the purpose of using FTP/SFTP with Egnyte you need to make sure the correct server name and username are being used. If you access Egnyte at https://mycompany.egnyte.com and your username is johndoe, then the FTP/SFTP server name should be ftp-mycompany.egnyte.com and the username should be johndoe$mycompany. Password remains the same as your Egnyte user password.

For better file transfer quality and protection we suggest using SFTP (available only with SyncBackPro).
