My HTML log files are not opening with my default browser. How do I fix this?
In Windows File Explorer, navigate to the folder which contains your log files (see below), right-click on a log file (they have the filename extension .html), and choose Open With -> Choose Program... from the pop-up menu, then in the dialog box that appears select your browser, tick the option "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" at the bottom of the Window, then click OK.
In SyncBack V9 (or newer), select burger menu > Global Settings > Logging Settings (or Preferences > Log Settings in V8 (or older)) to see where the log files are stored. If there is no folder then the log files are stored in the same folder as the profiles. To see which folder the profiles are stored in: select burger menu > Global Settings > Settings tab in V9 (or newer) (or Preferences > Options > Expert > click on Open button in V8 (or older) version).
